Defy, Unite, Crucify!
The sinner, the heretic, the blasphemer
His false claims, all lies
and the truth, they deny
"Crucify! Crucify!" these words plague their cries
Yet love is all that is on His heart as they cry for Him to die
Pilate! "Who is this man to deserve such a pain?"
"A carpenter of Nazareth, who's words speak of false claims"
"As it is, I find no guilt, to nail him to a tree
Unless you would rather a robber instead, I plan to set him free"
"Release to us Barabbas, and take this King of the Jews
Blindly and so full of hate, nail him to a cross so crude"
"Are you truly a King? As you so claim to be?"
"My Kingdom, away from your sinful world, can only be reached through me"
"Do you know I can set you free, if only you so wish?"
Knowledge of what must be done, leaves silence on his lips
